In Easy Diet Diary, you can create a custom recipe using foods you've already added to a meal section in your diary. This is helpful if you often eat the same breakfast or other meal and want to save it to your My Recipes list for future use.
To create a recipe using food selections:
- Open Easy Diet Diary.
- Select the Diary and tap the meal you want to use the foods from, e.g. Breakfast, to open the meal.
- In the top right corner, tap Edit.
- Select the checkboxes of the foods you want to include in your new recipe.
- At the top of the screen, tap the ellipsis.
- Select Create recipe from selected.
- Enter the recipe name and number of servings.
- Optional - Enter additional ingredients.
- At the top of the screen, tap Save.
Your custom recipes can be viewed again by selecting the Resources tab and selecting My Recipes. To return to your diary, tap the Diary tab.
