Swipe the analysis ribbon to move between the energy information and nutrient totals.
The following nutrient information is available in Easy Diet Diary:
- Energy intake (kJ or Cal)
- Compared to your goal
- Energy consumed
- Energy remaining
If you do not have your energy goal set in your profile, you will not see the various energy values; instead, you will just see energy intake.

- Carbohydrate intake (g)
- Energy from carbohydrates
- Saturated fat intake (g)
- Sugar intake (g)
- Fibre intake (g)

To view the nutrients in your daily intake:
Swipe the analysis ribbon to display the nutrients, then click the nutrient of interest, for example, Fibre. The values for the selected nutrient are then shown beside each food and meal time.
