Remaining indicates the remaining amount of energy (calories or kilojoules) for a given day in relation to your energy goal. This value is calculated using the following formula.
[Energy goal + Energy expended during exercise] - Energy consumed from food
If your energy intake surpasses your energy goal plus the energy expended during exercise, Easy Diet Diary will indicate. that you have exceeded your energy goal.
The value for energy remaining is impacted by both the energy consumed and the energy expended during exercise.
