When an exercise activity is not in the database, you can create a custom exercise as long as you know the energy burnt for the duration.
To create an exercise and add it to your My Exercises list to use later
- Open the Easy Diet Diary app.
- Click Resources.
- Click the plus button and select Custom exercise.
- Enter the exercise name.
- Enter the exercise duration and select the time period.
- Enter the net energy burnt for that duration and select the unit of measurement.
- At the top of the screen, click Save.
Your custom exercise can be viewed again by selecting the Resources tab and selecting My Exercises.
You can also create custom exercises on the fly while you are logging in your diary. See Logging exercises that aren't in the database.
