Logging exercises that aren't in the database

You can also create a custom exercise while logging in your diary. 

To create an exercise and log it in your diary:

  1. Open the Easy Diet Diary app. 
  2. In the Diary screen, locate the Exercises section and click Add.
  3. Select the My Exercises tab.
  4. In the search field, type the name of the exercise you wish to create and select Create custom exercise. Your search term will be prefilled as the exercise name. 
  5. Enter the exercise duration and select the time period. 
  6. Enter the net energy burnt for that duration and select the unit of measurement. 
  7. At the top of the screen, click Save
  8. Select the exercise from your My Exercises list. 
  9. Enter the duration and select the unit of measurement. 
  10. Click Add.

To use this exercise again in your diary, locate the Exercises section and click Add, select the My Exercises tab and the exercise will be listed there.

Your custom exercises can be viewed again by selecting the Resources tab and selecting My Exercises
