You can create a recipe while logging your foods in your diary
To create a recipe and log it in your diary:
- Open the Easy Diet Diary app.
- In the Diary screen, locate the meal you wish to add a new recipe to and click Add.
- Select the My Recipes tab.
- Type the name of the recipe you wish to create and select Create custom recipe, your search term will be prefilled as the recipe name.
- Enter the serving size.
- Click Add ingredient.
- Search the reference database for the ingredients to add to your recipe. You can also add your custom foods by clicking My Foods and selecting the food.
- Continuing steps 5 and 7 until your recipe is complete.
- At the top of the screen, click Save.
- Select the recipe from your My Recipes list.
- Enter the Amount and Measure.
- Click Add.
To use this recipe again in your diary, locate the meal you wish to add a food to and click Add, click the My Recipes tab and the recipe will be listed there.
Your custom recipes can be viewed again by selecting the Resources tab and selecting My Recipes.
