To create a food and add it to your My Foods list to use later
- Open the Easy Diet Diary app.
- Tap Resources.
- Tap the plus button and select Custom food.
- Enter the food name, serving size and energy.
- Optional - Enter the food's protein, total fat, saturated fat, carbohydrate, sugar, fibre, sodium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus values.
- At the top of the screen, tap Save.
Your custom foods can be viewed again by selecting the Resources tab and selecting My Foods. To return to your diary, tap the Diary tab.
You can also create a custom food on the fly while you are adding foods to your diary. See Logging foods that aren't in the database.
