Record daily notes

To add daily notes to your diary: 

  1. Open Easy Diet Diary. 
  2. On the Diary screen (at the bottom of the screen underneath the meals or exercise), click Add notes.
  3. Enter your notes. 
  4. Click Save

In Notes you can enter any information relevant to your eating on this day. For example, you can make a note of your moods, your energy levels, your symptoms or special occasions.
