To add daily notes to your diary:
- On the Diary screen (at the bottom of the screen underneath the meals or exercise), tap Notes.
- Enter your notes. You can type or use voice recognition.
- Tap the Back button to return to your diary.
TIP:
In Notes you can enter any information relevant to your eating on this day. For example, you can make a note of your moods, your energy levels, your symptoms and/or special occasions.
