To log your exercise in your diary you need to turn on exercise tracking.
If exercise tracking is turned on, an exercise bar is shown under the meals in your diary like this:
To turn on exercise tracking so you can put exercise activities into your diary:
- On the tab bar at the bottom of the Diary screen, tap the More button (...).
- Tap Profile.
- At the bottom of the page, toggle Track Exercise to on (green).
Exercise is now shown on your Diary screen after the meals.
