To log your exercise in your diary you need to turn on exercise tracking.
If exercise tracking is turned on, an exercise bar is shown under the meals in your diary like this:
To turn on exercise tracking:
- For Android - On top left of the Diary screen, tap the Menu button (), then tap Recipes. For iOS - On the bottom right, tap the More button.
- Tap Profile.
- At the bottom of the page, toggle Track Exercise to on (green).
Exercise is now shown on your Diary screen after the meals.
