To view the energy graph:
- Open Easy Diet Diary.
- Tap Graphs.
- At the top of the chart, select the time period you want to view e.g. 2W (2 weeks) or 3M (3 months).
Each bar displayed in the graph indicates your daily net energy intake. Net energy intake is determined by the amount of energy (calories or kilojoules) you consume each day, minus the amount of energy expended from logged exercises.
- W = weeks, M = months, Y = years
- Your energy goal is shown as a green line.
- For time periods 6 months and more, the energy intake will display as an average.
