To add foods to your diary that you have logged recently:
- Open Easy Diet Diary.
- On the Diary screen, tap Add below the meal section.
- Select the Recent Meals tab.
- Select the meal time you want to copy from, e.g. Breakfast.
- Select the checkboxes of the foods you want to copy.
- At the top of the screen, tap Add.
