Log foods from recent meals

To add foods to your diary that you have logged recently:

  1. Open Easy Diet Diary.
  2. On the Diary screen, tap Add below the meal section. 
  3. Select the Recent Meals tab. 
  4. Select the meal time you want to copy from, e.g. Breakfast.
  5. Select the checkboxes of the foods you want to copy. 
  6. At the top of the screen, tap Add.
