How do I log foods from recent meals?

To add foods to your diary that you have logged recently:

  1. On the Diary screen, tap a meal bar, e.g. Breakfast, to open the meal.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the + icon.
  3. Tap the Recent tab.
  4. Tap a meal tab.
  5. Select the food.
  6. At the top of the screen, tap Add.

To select multiple foods at once:

  1. Tap the Circle button beside the meal tabs.
  2. Then select the foods required.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Add.

  NOTE: Recent meals shows up to 15 days prior.
