To add foods to your diary that you have logged recently:
- On the Diary screen, tap a meal bar, e.g. Breakfast, to open the meal.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the + icon.
- Tap the Recent tab.
- Tap a meal tab.
- Select the food.
- At the top of the screen, tap Add.
To select multiple foods at once:
- Tap the Circle button beside the meal tabs.
- Then select the foods required.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Add.
NOTE: Recent meals shows up to 15 days prior.
