How do I log an exercise activity that I've logged recently?

To log an exercise activity that you logged in the past:

  1. On the Diary screen, tap Exercise (underneath the meals), then tap the plus (+) at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Recent.
  3. Select an exercise activity.
  4. If necessary, edit the duration in minutes.
  5. At the top of the screen, tap Add.
  6. To return to your diary, at the top of the screen, tap the Back button.
