To log an exercise from the reference exercise database:
- Open the Easy Diet Diary app.
- In the Diary screen, locate the Exercises section and click Add.
- Select the Exercises tab.
- In the Search box, type the exercise name.
- Select an exercise activity from the list.
- Enter the duration in minutes.
- At the top of the screen, tap Save.
The energy burnt from the reference exercises are calculated based on age, gender and weight. For more information see About the exercise data.
When you log an exercise activity, the energy you burnt will be added to the energy remaining in the Analysis Bar at the top of your diary.
