When you sign in to Easy Diet Diary for the first time, you have the opportunity to enter your Profile information.
You can edit this information at any time.
To enter or edit your profile information:
- Tap the menu button at the top left of the diary screen .
- Tap Profile.
- Set each field by tapping it, editing it, then tapping Save in the top right corner.
You can set the following fields:
- Current weight
- Weight goal
- Energy goal
- Whether you are tracking exercise
Tap the Reset Profile button at the bottom of the Profile screen if you would like to be stepped through setting or re-setting your profile.
